  • July 4, 2026 at 4PM. The wedding will take place in July at Sandals Royal Barbados.

  • Yes. All U.S. travelers need a valid passport that does not expire within six months of travel.

  • No visa is required for U.S. citizens visiting Barbados for tourism.

  • Fly into Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI), about 15-20 minutes from the resort.

  • Sandals provides complimentary round-trip airport transfers. After clearing customs, look for the Sandals desk and they’ll guide you to your shuttle.

  • We recommend arriving 1-2 days before the wedding to settle in, enjoy the resort, and avoid any travel delays.

FAQ: Resort & Stay

  • Yes. Because Sandals is an all-inclusive, adults-only resort, all wedding guests must stay on-property to attend the ceremony and events.

  • Unlimited dining, premium drinks, water sports, entertainment, airport transfers, and resort amenities across both Sandals Royal Barbados and Sandals Barbados.

  • Yes. Guests must be 18 or older to stay at Sandals.

  • Light, breathable clothing; swimwear'; resort-casual outfits; sunscreen; and something dressy for the wedding. July is warm and tropical, so airy fabrics are your friend.
